What is ARISE Habit Tracker?
ARISE Habit Tracker is a free gamified daily habit tracker Progressive Web App. It turns your daily habits into Daily Quests that award XP, fill a level bar, build streaks, and unlock achievements — all inside a Shadow Monarch–inspired quest interface.
Is ARISE Habit Tracker free?
Yes. ARISE is completely free. There is no paywall on habits, quests, XP, streaks, or achievements, and there are no ads.
How does the XP system work?
Every Daily Quest you complete awards XP. XP accumulates into a level bar; once the bar fills, you level up and your Hunter rank increases. Higher levels unlock new achievements and visual milestones, but core habit tracking is never gated behind a level.
How are streaks calculated?
A streak counts the number of consecutive days you complete at least one Daily Quest. Miss a day and the streak resets to zero. ARISE shows your current streak and your all-time best streak so progress stays visible at a glance.
How do achievements work?
Achievements are unlockable badges awarded for milestones — first 7-day streak, first level 10, first month of perfect quests, total XP thresholds, and more. They live in the Achievement Hall and are permanent once earned.
Does ARISE work offline?
Yes. ARISE is a Progressive Web App. Once installed it works without an internet connection and syncs your progress automatically when you reconnect.
Can I install ARISE as an app on my phone?
Yes. Open arisehabit.qzz.io in your browser and:
- Android / Chrome: tap the menu → "Add to Home screen".
- iOS / Safari: tap Share → "Add to Home Screen".
ARISE installs as a standalone app with its own icon and runs full-screen.
How many habits can I track?
There is no hard limit on the number of habits or Daily Quests you can create.
Is my data private?
Yes. ARISE collects only the minimum data needed to operate the app. We do not sell your data, do not show ads, and you can export or delete your account at any time. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app → Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, habits, streaks, XP, achievements, and chat history.
